這兩張海報的議題說的雖是紐約長島的藝術家、音樂家們所面對的境況，但看看我們的土地是否也有類似因「豪宅化」而受到劇烈衝擊的族群？這就是Luba Lukova丟出的問題。

藝術家深切地透過作品表達對生活環境與世界的關心，例如她藉這張海報抗議紐約長島市區持續增加的高級住宅興建計劃，而她的工作室正是位於這一區。此區聚集了紐約某些最有活力的藝文工作者，但近年許多租給他們的老屋都被拆毀，取而代之的是昂貴的住宅。

With this image, Lukova reacts to the ongoing gentrification of Long Island City, NY, where her studio is located. The area is home to one of the most vibrant arts communities in New York City, however, in recent years, buildings that house art studios are being demolished and replaced by expensive real estate.
